🌟 Celebrating Excellence at Laguna Beach Lawn Bowling Club! 🌟

This past Sunday, during the Laguna Beach Lawn Bowling Club’s Annual General Meeting, Sheila Conti, President of the Southwest Division, presented a prestigious plaque to Scott Roberts, honoring his induction into the Bowls USA Hall of Fame! 🎉

This is one of the highest honors in lawn bowling, with rigorous criteria: inductees must demonstrate exceptional leadership, represent the United States as part of Team USA, volunteer extensively at the local, divisional, and national levels, and most importantly, embody the true spirit of an ambassador for the sport.

Scott’s achievement is a tremendous personal honor, but it’s also a proud moment for our entire club. Every time one of our members is recognized in the Hall of Fame, it reaffirms the excellence and dedication we uphold here at Laguna Beach.

Scott joins Heather Stewart, our first Hall of Famer, inducted in 2010. Both Scott and Heather have been instrumental in elevating our club to its current stature—one of the largest and most respected lawn bowling clubs in the United States, with a reputation that resonates around the world.
